This year, we have finished designing, manufacturing, installing of several production lines. This is one of the factory scene of our client. They are mainly processing the fasteners, auto parts and some small or middle type workpieces.

Automatic Coating Machine: It can meet the processing requirements of blind hole, socket head workpieces and so on. It improves the effective of coating and guarantee the coating result. The coating tank with the automatic fixing function and constant temperature system. The equipment is totally enclosed type, the top of the equipment has the ventilation by the exhaust fan. When the equipment door is open, the coating machine will stop running, but the function of fixing and temperature control work as normal.

Lifting Feeding Device: The machine is equipped with the lifting feeding device and automatic weight station and control the single workpieces coating weight.

Curing Furnace: The furnace body thermal insulation system adopts four layers of insulation cotton design. The effective of thermal insulation is very good , the outer surface of furnace max temperature≤room temperature +5℃.

The banner is the imported burning machine. The temperature control precision±5℃.

Automatic Unloading Machine & Returning Conveyor Line: Saving the manpower and improving the efficiency of the secondary coating.

The Workpieces mover: The shape and function is customized which is design and making for the actual production requirements.
