Pendulum type coating machine is the patent of Changzhou Gaokexiu Machinery co., LTD. It is in allusion to the special shape of the subway embedded parts and its environmental requirements, and making the product designing and manufacturing of coating equipment. The pendulum type coating machine can improve the coating performance and production efficiency greatly , and reduce the painting waste effectively.

Pendulum type coating machine is composed of the pendulum machine, painting channel, blowing system, the fixture which holding work pieces. The pendulum type coating machine including pedestal, axis of rotation and rotating discs, hydraulic cylinder, movable arm, a fixed arm, drive fans and air blower. The coating tank is composed of main tank, insulation tank, mixing system, exhaust system. Air Blowing system consists of the medial wind knife, lateral wind knife, high pressure air supply system.

The pendulum type coating machine is fixed on the floor, with double hanging design, the machine can hang 4 groups embedded parts. By the driving fan drives the rotation, the controls its hooks position by hydraulic cylinder. Due to the movable arm can be adjusted, the coating machine can be used for different lengths of embedded parts. Movable arm precision is controlled by a grating ruler.

Coating tank buried beneath the floor, the coating in the insulation tank and mixing system with the action to keep adhesive activity. Exhaust system to ensure that volatile paint can be vented out in time.

Air Blower system worked after the embedded parts finished coating. High pressure air supply system supplied the air to inside and outside air knife, air knife blade narrow air flow which produced by high pressure, and the coating of embedded parts surface be thin. When the embedded parts were finished disposing, high pressure air supply system was stopped, air knife stopped working too.

The fixture will be fixed interval and keep a certain number of embedded parts .
